Please complete THIS deposit form to secure your dancer's place in our Summer Intensive Sessions. This $150/week NON-REFUNDABLE deposit reserves your dancer's place in the weeks of our Summer Intensive Sessions requested.

It will be credited towards your total tuition amount due (billed May 1st, 2026).

Your dancer's place is NOT officially reserved until this deposit has been paid.
