Please complete THIS deposit form to secure your dancer's place in our Summer Intensive Sessions. This $150 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit reserves your dancer's place in the week of our Summer Intensive Session requested.

It will be credited towards your total tuition amount due (billed May 1st, 2026).

Your dancer's place is NOT officially reserved until this deposit has been paid.
